Doubtful but it sure as hell would be fun! Actually, I don't see shorts as the main driving force behind a bull move in IOM. I think there are genuine factors this time around such as an incredibly savy and innovative company. Of course the short position (assuming its predominantly public) will help.

Gary,
Why are you so soft on the Shorties?. Low 30's will be a cheaper price for them. I want them to cover by themselves when they get margin calls etc at much higher prices. This price is for institutions to accumulate for the long term and reduce the number of trading shares.

So, i won't co-operate with you in this project ;-)

>>Is there a way that we can get everyone here and on MF to tell
their brokers that they want their Iomega stock certificates?<<

Gary,

It's my understanding that "shorts" can't borrow against cash accounts -- only against margin accounts. It's definitely possible
to have everyone who owns CYMI in margin accounts to
withdraw their shares, but not very practical to get everyone to do it. This has been discussed at length in the Cymer (CYMI) thread, which in my book is the most informative and best written thread in SI. Check it out.
