........but not necessarily for those below the poverty line who are or will be forced to move They will only do so when their property values go up, they sell, take their money and run to cheaper areas some 100 miles away to towns like Modesto etc. And that is what is happening in many situations. I have seen that happen in Silicon valley where farmers sold their property for 5 times what they paid for and retired in cheaper communities near Lake Tahoe.
