Computers evolved according to natural law? Of course in so far as it mimics the processes, architecture & funtion of life intelligence . Everything still traces back to the very first eukaryotic cells (and what was before) and its there we most all the complex biochemistry found originally in those first single celled organisms.

What leads up to computers, the hardware & programs/subprograms is very good example of repeat function, based on hardware, coding & decoding memory with trillions of small switching units that can turn off or on generating signals according to those instructions over & over again. (just like chemistry of the cell) Memory caches, input/output from peripheries & programs/subprograms for multitasking like graphics, printing etc.
.
Computer science now has develeoped genetic algorithms in the field of artificial intelligence which is a search heuristic that mimics the process of natural selection and more complex evolutionary algorithms. These generate solutions to optimization problems using techniques inspired by natural evolution, such as inheritance, mutation , selction & crossover.
