It's just medical treatment and mothers more educated that allow children to survive. They were born before at the same rate but did not survive the first 5 years.

unbelievingly some here would have you think that japanese governmental denial of nanjing killings equates to china licking old wounds

one wonders what happens should german officials deny history

whereas one can easily make the point of lots of minority people licking old wounds and control economies despite the bs spun by the likes of you know what (wsj, economist, etc etc, the usual suspect)
