The transfer agent from Bay City Transfer, Tom Curtis gave me the total share makeup as of Dec. 3, 2012. He also told me that the responsibility of accounting for that accounting is that of the company, in this case, GRNO. So, with that, if that is the info. that was provided the transfer agent, the share accounting problem still lies with the Green Oasis management. Once again, evidence of inept handling of the performance of the company lies with management and that is all parties from the directors on down. Since there has been no indication of additional share issues or splits, it is my contention that actual share count is exactly what it was in 1998.

As I recall, from when I talked with the transfer agent a few years ago, I was told that the transfer agent is not responsible for maintaining an accurate count of shares – that is management's responsibility. I'm almost (allowing myself some leeway for error) certain that Tom Curtis at Bay City Transfer told me that he got the share count from "management" and that if I (either) wanted a more accurate count or a verification of the count provided, I would need to contact the company directly. I did not do so. Management and I do not seem to get along. I also recall, from a few years ago that someone on this board or In that the company was operating on a sight on Black and Yellow Road, southwest of Gillette.
