It's clearly not about Chavis. If Chavis is the crook they say he is, then you have him arrrested and charged or sue him and his wife in civil court. Instead they want to revoke the Charters of the schools. What do the schools have to do with mismanagement by Chavis? The names of the officials needs need to be published and letters written. If the Principal of a school is caught stealing, do you shut down the school or indict and try the principle in court? Oakland's answer is to shut down the school. hmmmm.
