Isn't Sparq a registered trademark of Sun Microsystems?? Their Sparq workstations name has to be trademarked?? ..Sun's TM is for Sparc; would this still fall under patten infringement?? Sounds very similar to me.

15 Min. after posting the Question to you I read the M/F board &
