And if he DOES have a teleprompter he doesn't know when to quit! His speeches are way too long and too short on substance.

I recall the time that he tried to ad lib in one of his town hall meetings and it was incoherent. All hat and no cattle teleprompter or not..... Every time I turn on the TV, he seems to be on it. I suppose that is why they call it the boob tube.
