Malayasia up around 15%- Thai and other Asian markets strongly up with exception of Japan forming a base pre 10th Dec numbers. I expect markets to perform well today bonds will remain weak however a test of new highs on DOw in next few sessions is on cards in my opinion this cannot happen until Russel 2000 and Tech participate in this rally, a continued weakness on part of Techs or Russel would blunt the rally. We need the laggards to get going expecting that to happen soner then later. The flight to quality money is now very uneasy as ASEAN drama unfolds on a very positive note- with austerity on cards and manageable deficits across the board the unsustainable rate of 7% will now be replaced by 5% sustainable rate- this is good news for many a companies a weakened currency helping bring price stability to US and a above average sustainable growth rate.

I expect as money tries to find new refuge we may see flight to equity laggards? How much of that will really be I am not sure but like always I try to think like a trader on the floor . Markets next moves I wish could be determined by simple charts--on the contarary they come from unexpected quarters like a thief in the night.
