What I find sad about the commentary is that it is totally political in nature. Z and teddy and the rest would be fine with it had Barack Obama done it.

Z, your comments amount to something like, "Well yeah Hitler killed six million Jews, but think of all the good he did for millions of suffering Germans at the time."

That's incredibly stupid, Tench. It's so ridiculously illogical. Did I say for one second that Saddam did good things? No. He was horrible. But in my book, 8,000 dead a year is a heck of a lot better than 100,000 dead a year. Is that wrong? Because that's more or less what you're telling me.
