Carp are great to cook.. really

FYI: Take a hickory shingle about a foot long, two inch thick.

Nail a 10-15 pound young carp the the sap wood side..

Rotisserie the whole thing over a oak fire, slow roasting and butter basting for at least 5 hours...

When the skin is crispy brown and the meat is flakey tender... we remove it from the fire, slowly pry it off the now seasoned shingle....

Quickly throw away the nasty carp and eat the delicious shingle....

Yummy.. :)
