Another day, another scandal. These bankers will continue to steal trillions from the American people until they are prosecuted and put in jail...It's the price of Obama and Holder refusing to execute the laws on the books. More regulations needed? Maybe, but how about we start with enforcing the ones we already have and don't just make it a fine, but put them in jail? As long as crimes are punished with fines instead of jail time, getting caught for fraud and stealing will always be just a cost of doing business.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) agreed to pay $410 million, including giving up $125 million in profits, to settle a U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission investigation of energy-market manipulation in California and the Midwest.

The FERC announced the settlement with the New York-based bank today in a statement, a day after the agency’s staff formally accused a JPMorgan trading unit of wrongdoing from September 2010 to June 2011.

Right hand, left hand: I don't know if I understand your question. But if I do, I would say you are pointing to the relativity of life i.e. everything in life is relative and contextual and amorphous and an illusion of sorts.

We operate as though reality was real, when it isn't, because we have no choice. The first job is survival and order and that requires us to do the best we can and act as though some things are real.

E.g. we have laws which we act as though are based on logic, when in fact at the root they are all existential and we can see that by all of the 5/4 decisions courts across the country hand down based on politics. Or our congress.

Every person is shaped by their environment, to and including, how they see things e.g. which is the right hand and which is the left hand.

Everything in the universe is relative, illusionary and only a probability.
