Respond to of 85487 I find liberals are very consistent in their behaviors -- a) Inability to think analytically. For example, I don't know any liberals who can distinguish between orders of magnitude like million, billion, trillion, or interpret scientific notation, anything of that nature. My cousin has a Masters degree and would not have the slightest idea how many zeros are on a trillion. That's pathetic. b) Intolerance of dissent, even when they bring up a topic. They want your agreement and support, but if that isn't what you have for them, they don't want to hear it; c) A willingness to follow the party line NO MATTER WHAT. d) One other observation that in 15 years of tax practice was extremely clear to me, year after year. Conservatives want to pay their taxes. They don't want to pay extra, but they do not want you to be aggressive. Liberals are the other way -- they'll bend the rules to the breaking point if you allow it (which I didn't). And year after year, you have to explain why they cannot deduct the cost of their car, why they can't deduct the cost of merchandise they gave to charity if it was already deducted when paid for, etc. I was for a short while in practice with my liberal brother in law, and it was a constant pain to monitor his work to be sure he wasn't going over the line with deductions. I've never seen that in conservatives. "I want to pay everything I owe and not one nickel more." Liberals see gray area everywhere the look -- legally, morally, personally. And they are always willing to take advantage of it to help themselves.
