Skeeter, Just an afterthought. If one underestimates MUs asp by just $.25 this directly impacts MUs bottom line by a nickel...and of course this is true for overestimating MUs cost. So you see, for just a slight error one creates a major change in earnings estimates. Now what is also true, if MU is reducing their costs and increasing their volumes they can certainly overcome the decline in DRAM and SDRAM prices. In addition if they can prevent the SEA from dumping, even to a small degree, their eps can really fly given their low cost and high market share. DavidG

dg, i don't disagree with a $4.00+- small change asp inculding sdram. however, that is not the dog, that is the tail. as it becomes the dog then those prices will tank, too. $3.10 +- small change is 50% of mu's business. it is nasty this q. i can't believe william cap went long with calls. u-n-believable ;-) good luck. sorry for being harsh. however, you weren't clear on what you inlc. kind of like when you talk of costs. gross or net is often left out and nobody know what you are talking. good luck. s/b a great 2 weeks :-)
