Thank you to all who responded to my post. I appreciate hearing the different interpretations.

Many explanations/guesses were offered as to why the change of focus. I agree sometimes postponing or canceling a product or service is the right thing to do. However, the reasons can be very telling for the future success of new products and the company. In general, I see various reasons a product or service might not succeed...lack of resources (financial and personnel), problems with the product (not competitive in it's capabilities, doesn't work), ineffective sales force, non competitive pricing, inadequate marketing, misjudgement of the industry/market need, problems with alliances, etc. If the same issue is repeatedly the reason products or services don't succeed, then, unless fixed, it will affect future products and services.

If limited resources was the key issue for the lack of success of many of the FTEL products and services, then the new influx of money will eliminate the problem, and hopefully allow the Tempest to be successful. We just don't know for sure if resources was in fact the only issue.

I haven't seen a break down of the actual sales and revenue by product (I did request this from Helen, but haven't received a response), so I don't know to what degree a product or service had any success.

As far as following the business plan, again, I requested that information from Helen two weeks ago but have not received anything yet.

In any case, what is done is done, and I am anxious to hear the announcements of large carrier contracts that Frank mentioned, find out the reaction to the Tempest at the end of the evaluation periods, and see the application for NASDAQ listing submitted.

Questions and concerns still exist for me personally, but I guess you can say I am cautiously optimistic!!

Thanks again for your responses.
