Probably a sign of things to come. Bernanke and friends want this. Wealth effect, consumer spending and thus job creation spreading out from what I hear? Also many of the very good zip codes and towns in our gateway cities seem to have surpassed the previous highs. Rents today are much higher than back then might be the bigger untold story of whether this is sustainable over time.
