Hi All I have a question. When are the coldest months in the NWT i would assume it to be Jan/Feb? If that is correct....then lets suppose that Jan and Feb continue to be unseasonal warm and the ice doesn;t form to the expected thinkness. What is the next step? I ask because if drilling is delayed due to the weather then i believe that the weather will only get warmer as the months after Jan come closer....I read that were expecting an usually warm winter because of ElNino..
