You are overlooking the fact that deregulation is exactly what wall st. is thriving on....and how's that working out for the rest of the world? lol! There hasn't been any deregulation anywhere in a long time. Any time you've been told there is deregulation, it is the removal of one facet of the regulation, but the core damaging regulation is still in place. A good example of this was the california energy crises of a couple of years ago. yeah, the morality of corporations will save us! And this is where you are naive and perhaps a bit simple. It's the corporation's survival instinct that will save us.
