Hi Rat; Re: "Here is how things are really progressing." Okay. You've quoted a report on what health care providers are doing about climate change and that politicians are reacting to public opinion.

Like I said in the post above, the general public are the last to learn new science, LOL.

Politicians are particularly concerned about global warming in summer because that's when the public worries about it. But US elections are held in November and that's when the public is rooting for global warming.

Meanwhile, in the real world, I'm quoting you passages out of IPCC documents. And climate "deniers" are getting published in the most prestigious science journal on the planet, Nature. This is where changes begin, not in what the general public or health care providers think.
