RE:You seem to be missing a major point: ALL DEVICE MANUFACTURERS WHO PURCHASE DUV STEPPERS ARE EITHER CYMER CUSTOMERS OR KOMATSU/LP CUSTOMERS. Wrong again THC. I would venture the guess that every device manufacturer implementing DUV is already using Cymer. Some of them are going to the expense of testing the competition's offerings and it is up to the competition to unseat Cymer. With 80% to 90% market share for Cymer, I think that is an accurate description of the market. Cymer lists the top 10 chip makers in the world as end-users. Can you point to Komatsu's list of chip makers using their product? Bob
