Ok, that makes sense then.

I think this report by PSEC may be quite good. Their floating rate interest income evidently will rise with rates, and the face value of their fixed rate debt should decline a bit with rising. So they could get the double beneficial whammy of rising interest income and rising book value.

Anyone have any information on Envision Healthcare Holdings, {ENVN} IPO coming mid August. FIDO has offered shares which may or may not be good news:)
