Yes good points. Have to disperse folks of various income and education levels more as it keeps values stable, educational funding stable ect. Also role models less crime around you if poor. But the wealth disparity in this country, the disparity in home values in this country these days all foster more communities walled off from each other than when LBJ put in his Great Society. That I find tragic and quite ironic. The tragedy of QE and the 1% that MM keeps bringing up has not made it better.
