Clamenza: It is my intent to write to Mr Summa (first, he wrote to me and, second, he did not reference e-mail use in his letter) and confirm the specifics of his offer, as well as find out if it was a "generic" corporate policy (i.e., not an aberration based on my e-mail to Cullen. I inferred that it was, indeed, a standing corporate policy and not an exception to the rule: otherwise, why would they have such well delineated caveats?). This will most likely not have a quick turn-around time (Christmas mail overload). In the meantime, I do not think it would be unfair for anyone on this thread to bring up the issue with Mr Cullen as "third-hand" info and ask for clarification (hopefully without making me into a whipping boy <g>). Will post any feedback I get, unless it is OBE prior to then. Regards, SapperJack
