ok thanks David for the current value of ABCN we traded 647,419 shares of osicom. The price of osicom stock at that time was over ten dollars. The cost for us was $7,250,000 according to free edgar. We got in return 5 million shares of ABCN and the right to purchase 5 million more share at the price of $7,250,000. SO we paid (don't have calculator) around $1.50 a share.... Now UCOM bought 240 million shares for 84 million dollars...or 35 cents a share.... They also had the right and to sell all the shares of osicom as soon as they got them which I bet they did...After all they need the money and I don't see their name as one of the stock holders (although they maybe under the 5% reporting level now) Well now that our stock has gone down to less then 3 dollars...A trade right now would mean we paid 50 cents for each ABCN share... hell if the stock goes low enough..maybe we will be ahead on this deal! But note the goal was to setup a partnership with this company so the loss can be justified... freeedgar.com osicom.com where I got the information..
