Young surfers ,as a group are generally a rowdy lot. When I lived in Carlsbad I came home one day to find a roommate had a party going on with his surfer buddies. It was a wild beer drinking spilling throwing things unresponsive mess. They didn't understand "get out". One young girl came up to me and asked if I really wanted them to leave. I told her yes. She borrowed my car and drove around until she found and empty house that was unlocked. She turned on the lights returned to my place and yelled...Huge party with a pool....the house emptied fast and the followed her to the house and went in and continued their party. I was shocked but grateful.
