No I haven't requested my shares. I have a margin on my account and my broker, when he found out I knew about the short position the BEARS STEARN has said that BEARS STEARN might call my margin. Don't have extra cash so ...but will come up with it to move. So tell your cronies!

Mike can a company do a dividend with a deficit retained earnings, and if such distribution would comply with section 4(2) of the SEC share distribution rules. And why PRTI would give MVPH a larger shareholder base for no consideration and why would you believe anyone that stated, represented and waranteed in a contract that a company had ONLY $15000 in actual, pending or threatened liabilities when indeed it had several million.
