This is something I can explain!

If you type a very long word (no spaces within the word), then it cannot wrap. So, you'll notice if someone puts in a very long url, then the note won't format correctly because it extends to the length of the url. There are no spaces in a url.

Similarly, when Speedracer puts a number of equal signs after his name without any spaces, it's viewed as a single word. All he has to do is alternate the equal signs with spaces, then it would wrap and he would be able to provide us with several LINES of equal signs. But since there are no spaces between the equal signs after his signature, the entire width of the note extends to the length of that "word."
