That's an odd way of phrasing the question, but I guess it gets your idea across anyway.

For starters I would get rid of the drug laws, at very least the laws against marijuana. I'd get rid of the laws against prostitution. I'd get rid of most occupational licensing, taxi medallion systems, and other barriers to employment or business activity. Get rid of at least most subsides, esp. subsidies to businesses. I'd reduce the amount of paperwork that has to be submitted to the government, replace or massively reform the federal income tax system, and generally reduce government spending (or at least control its growth).
