as a new full-time day trader for the upcoming year I would like to know where i can find information on taxes...how day traders file taxes as full time investors...what is deductable, how much etc etc
i remember reading several months back on a newsgroup the definitions/laws/limits of losses etc which were different than those for people who do NOT do it as a profession
those who do it as their mainstay have different tax rules etc
thanks for posting where I can read about this

AT, thought I would find you here. Soundview lowered estimates on AMAT and NVLS today as the stocks bounced up on strength. Can you tell if they were buying or selling or doing anything today?

Let's watch for unusual options activities on IOM. Split on 12/22 and Jan earnings should make for some fun and games.
