We must also reduce the police force since many are engaged in producing criminals. They make a mountain out of a molehill to gather evidence so that they can prosecute effectively. They pressure witnesses to prove harsh statements. The DAs also should be restrained from overcharging such as they did in the Zimmerman case. These areas need a serious look too especially here in CA. The prisons are one area where folks who work at the prison can get away with poor work quality or no quality of work. Whereas we all have to work for and bend over backwards for our clients, these prison guards and Sheriff's deputies do not have to do so for their inmates who are their clients. They use strong arm tactics at all times, which is ridiculous.
