"I can't help but notice you still haven't given an example of bias in a NYT news article."

Didn't know I was required to do as you ask but the very fact that you feel it necessary to defend the NYT is enough for me.

>> I can only assume it is because you don't have any.

That is hilarious.

I assume you mean not in the opinion & editorial pages, but in hard news reporting. Because no one in his right mind would assert there isn't bias in the editorial pages.

At any rate, if you'd just google it, you would find hundreds of references to NYT news bias.

breitbart.com

newsbusters.org

But you don't even need to do this. NYT's OWN "ombudsman", Arthur Brisbane, stated the obvious:

"When The Times covers a national presidential campaign, I have found that the lead editors and reporters are disciplined about enforcing fairness and balance, and usually succeed in doing so. Across the paper’s many departments, though, so many share a kind of political and cultural progressivism — for lack of a better term — that this worldview virtually bleeds through the fabric of The Times."

Seriously, NO ONE except nutjob liberals believes at this point that NYT reports news fairly. Shit, even MSNBC has admitted it. What more do you need?
