Daniel,

That is a good point. I tried that with Aufhauser earlier and it
worked. I was hoping it's simple like that. But it didn't work
with AMTD. So when I called AMTD for support to see if they know
anything that can help, the agent was very rude and he told me to
send email otherwise he'd charge $8 or some fees for phone service.
I was not upset because of fees, rather the attitute the agent had.
Customer service transfered my call to one guy because he couldn't
help with this kind of problem. This is how it went in short:
"Do you want this service or not, I have to charge you $8. I can't
help you with your problem. Market's open. Use your email. Do you
want it or not? " Then he hung up. I believe all conversation was
recorded somewhere in AMTD(I hope they do), so I can back it up.

But as you all know there was no response for a long time. I emailed
again after another agent (Michelle - ex 42**) told me I have to try
email again. She guaranteed that there'll be email back within 24hrs.
I did get one within 24 hrs saying that "they are working on it and
please give us one more week to improve..." Well there's been no
change in the service, no improvement so far, over 2 1/2weeks.

Daniel,

I just tried my account again to be accurate for the report. It was
faster than last week. It's still slow but tad better than before.
I'll let you know how it went during the market's open.
I HOPE it works faster or for heaven's sake, at least the same.
I have to trade instead of wasting time posting here - hoping
somebody from AMTD'd look into this slow connection problem!
