No I don't know it all or even imply to......

Look, I know there are some companies that resort to the mis-leading you suggest.....it's just not this one.

Please give me ONE example when 3Com lied to the public or decieved the shareholders........

P.S. ALL executives use their own stock to make themselves money......

It doesn't matter, you are in your own world where everyone's out to get your money and if a stock suffers after you bought it there must be something fishy going on.....as Troy Aikman would say..."Get real"

ben, two more lawsuits have been filed against 3com. Now there a total of 3 lawsuits. You have plenty of options to select.

The first 4 paragraphs of your post are nonsense and the first sentence of the 5th paragraph states the reason, "I don't know much about investing...." Digital man is right why would managment want to make decisions that would hurt the price of their stock? officers and directors own 5.2% of the stock and have stock options for much more.
Any fast gun lawyer can file a lawsuit in the HOPES of a quick out of court settlement. Few win. This one will not IMO.
