The subsidy part, does that grow on trees or just fall out of the sky?

Certain crops are insured at a $300 per annum premium to the farmer.....the subsidy part is more than 10 times that number......OPM and delusions go hand in hand.

why is it 122 BEFORE the subsidy, why not 2 bucks. Obama said you would pay 2500 less, what happened to that lie ?
