This white conspiracy theory that black men left their families so they could ADC is mostly BS.


We need some data here to separate myth from fact. Until that data is supplied and discussed here I taking the position that your statement doesn't reflect the reality of the situation. Furthermore, I assert that this isn't just a black phenomena (of single parent hood supported) by welfare as 40 percent of white children now are in this situation.
