What massive losses? The example (of yours) that I was talking about was PFE, I'm unaware of any massive losses by PFE and if they did have them, you didn't post about them, you posted about a drop in stock prices, which is a very different thing.

The workers are at the mercy of corrupt federal BK courts

As are the CEOs. Yes individually CEOs have more influence, maybe even on courts, but the unions have a lot of pull, and in recent cases like with GM, they got more then they would normally be entitled to (although at the expense of the bond holders, not so much the senior execs except to the extent that the groups overlap).
