The post you responded to was mostly about what each of us has posted (and for that part the facts are right here in this thread).

Besides that it was also about a point I think you would agree with, that unions and union workers where probably not to blame, or at least not solely or massively to blame, for the reduction in PHE's market cap. I agree with your that its just supposition on my part, it may not be true, if you want to challenge that point, feel free to do so.

And then there was one final point, that union contracts played a big part of problems elsewhere. I didn't bother establishing that in more detail because its already been done, and wasn't the core of the issue we where discussing.

Then I also said that the company's obligations are up to the court in a bankruptcy proceeding. That's solidly established fact.

I also said PHE didn't go bankrupt in the time period in question. Are you saying it did?
