And many say that I'am an ABTX cheerleader, after reading many of your recent post(1097), I think that I'am now tied with Miller for second place. Keep up the good work Glen, your post have been most informative.

Greetings Glen: GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS.

And, the rumor that I am currently under inditement for backing up the truck (OK, I admit it, running over a few widows and orphans in the process) and loading up on ABTX shares "BIG TIME", are true.

I now have three what I will call MAXI positions. These are names that I have made the decision to permit them to become dramatically overweighted in my portfolio. Not my usual style AT ALL. However it reflects my extreme level of comfort with the companies, the individual situation of each company and of course, their managements.

Dr. Johnny Thomas is a very very smart guy, not just in how he figured out how to put HIS consolidation concept "for an entire segment" together, but also in how he is actually managing that process with minimal disruption and implementing what I would say is an extemely well thought out plan for the longer term growth of the company.

BTW, as you know, JT has accomplished all this, working not alone, but without a big management team backing him up. However, he won't be doing this all by himself much longer. Kent Schultze, the new president was a board member and a known guy in the industry prior to accepting his new position as president. He too is an extremely competent and capable individual with enormous industry experience.

With Kent running the day to day operations of the company it free's up JT to do his end of the equation, which is to put the consolidation partners together. I find it gratifing that in the majority of the consolidtions, the companies be aquired are taking cash plus large portions of ABTX stock. I also like that ABTX management owns significant portions of the company.

Prior to hearing JT's presentation I had great difficulty visualizing the concept of what ABTX is and what the company will become and how their concept would come to fruition. I think ABTX is a difficult concept for the majority of investors, large or not so large, to grasp (was for me) because what the hell do city types know about hay and seed. NADA.

Speaking for myself, NADA at best, PRIOR to my dd, but now, the sign on the door could read, Hay and Seed R US.

Well, not quite, but the bottom line is that I am completely comfortable with my MAXI position. And, I intend to buy a little more.

Situations like ABTX are very rare. Although some will brag how they had it at 2 or 4 or 6, I am happy with my entry points and feel that I am in "at the take off". I am equally fortunate in that my two other MAXI positions are CCSI and RADAF. It's what I call "a high class problem".

Let's continue to work on this together.

Two sick minds are better than one.

Regards, Pete
