Don't you think tech and low cost are pretty much an oxymoron. Tech requires education. Education usually leads to higher costs Maybe with ground breaking tech but not with standard tech like computers. Computers have been getting better and cheaper for some time. I took a one year old lap top with a damage warranty in last week, for a handicapped friend. The similar computer they exchanged it for had twice the RAM and twice the storage capacity. Even with a renewal of warranties the store gave me a gift card for $63 dollars because the cost of lap tops (even one that is twice as good) have come down significantly.
