DIS seems fairly valued at current levels.
It has a forward PE of 16.5 and its PEG ratio is lackluster.

It owns the ABC network which should see lower profits coming off a presidential election year.
The movie business in general seems to be in a secular decline IMHO.
The regulators are going have to consider allowing the unbundling of the channel bundles which could hurt ESPN.

For value stocks I current prefer VLO - Valero Energy Corporation

You have added DIS shares but you recommended that we remove it from the portfolio?

Why does this not seem logical to me?

Should we be dumping one our strongest stocks?
