By me, earned economic power (wealth) is a great thing, if done by improving the situation on others. That gained by crony capitalism stinks.

TR's attack on concentrations of wealth simply because it existed was a serious flaw that left rotten consequences. His successors ruined and displaced trusts (i.e., Insull's and Wilkie's) that experiences suggests might have left better results for America.

Now we have absurd concentrations of power in government, where cost has little connection with consumer satisfaction.
