CJ, I don't have to explain it to you. If you want to back Ted up on his bullshit, go right ahead, but don't be a chicken and run away when called out. Money spent on "creating or saving jobs" has always been a low velocity action because the very nature of government spending is bloated and inefficient. Usually that is a necessary evil when it comes to providing essential government services, but if the only purpose is to create "make work" programs, then more often than not that money ends up wasted.
