Timbo, I hope Helen comes on and answers your questions but FYI the website figure has been $ 10 - $ 15 since they posted it. I received a response from Frank on this question a couple of weeks ago that the same range still applied but was based on comments from potential underwriters made a year ago. His "hoped for" overall total is based on a $ 12 per share figure.

Personally I'd like to see them price it closer to the competition like NSPK and IDTC, in the low $ 20's. Instead of 10 million shares at $ 12 my suggestion would be 6.3 million shares at $ 19 each. Of course I am not letting the fact I have a boatload influence me<g>.

I'm still hoping for an IPO in FNet's birthday month, February.

Timbo, If you look back at post NY demo posts the estimated price that we came up with was $13. Maybe Ray the post finding magician has a tag on where those posts are GGG.

Timbo, the $5.45 figure came from an estimate that Raleigh (at least that is my recollection) made after the NY demo when someone stated there would be 22 million shares in the IPO... it was later clarified that Frank was still targeting 10 million shares and the number of $10-12 is back in line.
