All the more reason we should leave it up to them. Let them spend their money to build them. We are broke trying to police the world. Europe's GDP is larger than ours and they live better than we do.

They can afford universal health care but we don't seem capable of it. They can afford affordable education.

Not our problem, it is there problem. And while we are at it let's remove our military from Europe. that would be another great saving.

Europe probably doesn't have the capability unless they use nukes. They don't have stealth bombers, or heavy bombers stealthy or not, they don't have large carrier forces. They do have enough fighter bombers, but they would have to stage out of some local country, and I'm not so sure they have enough refueling capability, electronic warfare aircraft, or the required stockpile of smart bombs.
