Think more education vs dependence on religion has an effect on nation's population growth? Here are the stats, there are more Muslims in the Sub Sahara than all the rest of the Islamic world combined think: birth control en.wikipedia.org Canada & US neck in neck for zero growth, except for immigration. ( you didnt need money to get thru that needle's eye anyways...)
