Hi Marvin. Welcome to my (our) thread. That must be one massive warehouse! Are all shoes sold channeled through the warehouse or are some shoes direct shipped from vendors to the stores? My wife (the shoe consumer, next to Imelda Marcos) brought this stock to my attention. She is a much better picker (shoe and stock) than I. Looks like the stock is in a breakout pattern into new high territory and the technicals look nice. LTO - Less Than ?

CNBC says Payless target price raised. And retailing will continue
favorable. So looks like Payless a good long range hold.
