Hi Sam,

This last quarter Cohu announced it had sold a test handler to an IDM that tested both memory and an application processor.Then after vertically stacking them together it required another test processed for the combined unit.

Another test step is always good news for the testers and handlers.

Your last post may well have defined just who the customer was.

I note that ASML is not getting hit in response to Samsung's 3D announcement--"As processes smaller than 10nano will not be necessary, the EUV lithography, way more expensive than KRW100 billion, is not needed anymore."
