It looks like they are involved in some kind of lawsuits. It appears they are the defendants. The Company is party to legal proceedings arising out of the normal course of business. The results of these litigations cannot be predicted with certainty, and management is of the opinion that the outcome of these proceedings is not determinable. Any loss resulting from these proceedings will be charged to operations in the period the loss is determined.
