There is a non-cash working capital charge in their cash flow statement that relates to the legal issue. I also think their balance sheet is a little tight as they are carrying about $1.4 million in payables. They have net working capital of a little over $260,000 It's not terrible but it would be nice if they had a little more working capital. It doesn't look too bad but I'm always suspect when it's just one good quarter. I'd feel better if they could string two good quarters together.
