Cecil,

It appears you have no rush to jump into this stock again. Hate to see it drift lower each day on relatively low volume, but it's hard to determine what this stock is really worth, and if the value is there, when to jump in.

Still hanging over Chadmoore's head is 1) the possibility (read probability) that the FCC will auction off overlap use of the 800MHz spectrum, reserved for special mobile radio, and 2) a tough annual report, which will show great expenditures and little income.

Of course, there is always the possibility of "good news" that we now can't see, and only the insiders and market movers know for sure when the stock will run again - and which way. We, on the outside, simply try to see across the valley.

You would think that there were enough long term investors out there who could make this stock find some sort of a bottom, but I'm afraid MOOR has little following outside our chat room - and we're basically now a rooting section, having bought in already.

So, you can probably be rather patient. Try buying it down a little at a time. Unless there is big news on the horizon - and there ain't! - or the market makers and movers want to play around, the stock shouldn't be going anywhere.

Good to have your pending support. Hope for all of us it turns out fruitful.

Bill
